You may be required to submit documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and verification of your payment methods. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. mag88 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the User by email prior to any deduction. Where the account balance is insufficient to cover applicable fees, the account balance shall be reduced to zero.
mag88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of locally approved Malaysian payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the User, except in limited circumstances expressly provided for under specific game or sports betting rules. All odds, prices, and game outcomes displayed on the Platform are provided in good faith. In the event of a manifest error in any price, odds, or pay-table — including errors arising from system glitches or human error — mag88 reserves the right to void affected bets or gaming rounds and return stakes to the affected User's account balance. Sports betting markets are subject to the specific sporting event rules applicable to each sport and competition. mag88 follows standard industry practices for the settlement of markets, including rules relating to abandoned matches, early termination of events, and void markets. Live betting markets — including in-play wagering on EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, and UFC events — may be suspended or withdrawn at any time during an event at mag88's absolute discretion, including but not limited to periods of increased uncertainty, data feed interruption, or system maintenance. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will be settled in accordance with the outcome of the relevant event.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mag88 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and/or reporting to applicable law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, mag88 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation and to recover any amounts owed by the User, including bonus-derived winnings that should not have been credited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the mag88 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any eligible remaining balance will be refunded following standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC requirements.
